For California private patrol operators

Prove your guards were there.
And that no one edited the record.

GuardVerify keeps tamper-evident shift, break, and patrol records — built on a cryptographic chain, not an editable log. Your client can verify every hour themselves, without trusting you or us.

The problem

A checkbox won't hold up

In California, if you can't prove guards actually took their meal and rest breaks, that's premium-pay exposure — per guard, per day. And a "did you take your breaks?" checkbox clicked from memory at clock-out is exactly the record that falls apart when a lawyer asks.

The difference

A record no one can quietly change

Every clock-in, break, and patrol is timestamped and signed by the server, then linked into an append-only chain. Change one minute and verification fails — visibly. Your current provider's log is one database edit away from "perfect." This one can't be edited without it showing.

How it works

Three steps, and the last one is the one that closes the room.

1

Guards clock in on a shared phone

Pick your name, 6-digit PIN, live photo. The server sets the official time and checks the location — the phone can't self-certify.

2

Every event is signed & chained

Each shift, break, and patrol is cryptographically signed and linked to the one before it. Immutable once closed.

3

Anyone verifies it — offline

Export a record and hand it to your client. They run the check themselves. Tamper with a single value and it turns red.

Bill from proof, not a claim

The unbroken chain runs from scheduled shift to payable hours to a client invoice your customer can independently verify.

Scheduled Clocked in Break Clocked out Payable hours Verifiable invoice

Every arrow is tamper-evident. No incumbent has an unbroken, unforgeable path from scheduled to billed.

What's inside

Everything a patrol operation needs — with a record layer nobody else has.

Shared-device login

Guards on a passed-down phone sign in with a 6-digit PIN and a live selfie. No personal accounts.

Server-set time & geofence

Time and location are decided by the server, not the device. Off-post shifts are flagged, not hidden.

California break records

Contemporaneous meal and rest break records — the defensible history a compliance review actually needs.

Post-abandonment alerts

A GPS heartbeat while on shift. Leave the post and the supervisor dashboard lights up within a heartbeat.

Scheduling that refuses mistakes

Blocks double-books, expired guard cards, and unqualified armed posts — and shows overtime before you save. No-shows auto-detected.

Verifiable payroll & invoices

Hours roll up with overtime applied, and every invoice line is backed by a record your client can check.

See it work

The real product, three screens. The last one is the one that closes the room.
